Delaware Sidewalk Resurfacing

The Challenge

This client was attempting to sell their house but had issues with their sidewalk. There were four different sections, all with different heights creating a tripping hazard. Several of the sections had deteriorated leaving gravel and sand. To add to the issue the client contacted several concrete companies to replace the entire sidewalk. Two of the three companies did not show for their estimates. The third came and gave a price of $5,000! An FHA inspection would require this to be repaired for the house to sell, adding to the cost and time constraints.
